I'll buy reduced fat or fat free when I can (such as fat free cottage cheese in my earlier post). I buy the sugar free Jello pudding cups from time to time. There are times (lets say monthly) when I crave chocolate. A 60 calorie pudding cup does the trick.
Just saying not all fat free stuff is bad, but I know the type of people you're talking about.

Fat free is usually bad, because they usually replace the lost calories with sugar. Terrible, terrible thing to do. They'd be better off leaving the fat in there. But that just doesn't sell as well.
