I jog about 2 miles in the morning on weekdays. I'm not much of a runner, so I take breaks, but I get through it 9 days out of 10. It's only a 20-30 minute commitment. In the evening I work out for an hour.
My diet is not especially choosy, but no fast food, very rarely any fried food, no soda and no alcohol. I think those last two are the biggest things.
This keeps me in balance. It's hard to do all I would like to because my schedule's always busy and in flux.
