I'm not fat (maybe a little pudgy), but I used to be so so fit, muscular. I miss it. I hear what you're saying, I really do. I just can't seem to get motivated.
My husband says when working on carving out a statue from a rock, just start chiseling the toe first....my problem with diet and exercise is I'm not sure which toe to start working on.
