It sounds like you could go over lunch if you wanted and do the treadmill/bike/elliptical/stairs for 20 or 30. If you committed to doing that 5 days a week and made some diet improvements you wouldn't believe the change you'd see in a month or two or three. Results in any area of life almost always come in proportion to your commitment.

If you kept this up for 6 months, you'd feel so much better that you'd want to go back and shake yourself for not starting sooner, wouldn't you? Give it a shot.
