Yeah, I think this is what I really need to concentrate on the most right now. I figure once my daughter is a year older going to the gym won't be quite as much of a fiasco. (She's def a momma's girl and I feel horrible every time I leave her). But I definitely know if I can start some healthy eating habits it will help her, me and my husband reach the style of living we want to achieve. I concentrate a lot on exercise because I know how good it makes me feel, I know the stress it relieves, and I know I'm a much better person for it.
He definitely needs to take up some of the slack for me, but again, it's hard when you really want to be a very present mom who is also a working mom. I'll work this out, I know I will.
FYI for all of you - I don't take any of your comments as accusatory or harsh....I wouldn't have posted if I didn't think I needed the help or a good kick in the ass!!!!
