I lost 8 lbs, 2 shy of my goal. But, I did lose 1/4" on my thighs, which is exactly how much I wanted to lose.
Yes, I did notice that I'm quicker like I was before I started bulking, but I'm still stronger than when I started the bulk. So, awesome.
Of course, I'm sure the Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate helped, but I've been taking CM all along. Only started BA this weekend. I noticed improvements before this weekend, so can't all be the BA. Still, BA is awesome.
