Do as many unassisted as you can, then pull the bar up and immediately do as many as you can with 20 pounds of assistance... then to 40 once you're done with that. Repeat 4 times. In a month, you'll be able to knock out pullups like crazy.

I'm going to try that. Feeling like I'm at a plateau on the weighted pullups. Been using those "can" handles to do them lately. Not sure if you know what I'm talking about, but they basically work the shit out of your forearms because they require you to maintain a much wider, more tenuous grip while doing the exercises.
