Sully's a great coach and I'm not just saying that because he's my husband. It's about passion and heart, not for the glory, but for these kids who need to be taught to have a heart for something other than themselves. He sets a good example for that and even though he's hard on them, they learn from him and do better because of it. I don't know how you break into coaching except start on the bottom rung and work your way up. It's such a gumby field of work...always changing and always shuffling.
