Your best bet will be to start where you graduated from, if it's close. I've been beat out for a coaching spot a few times by guys with less experience and passion, simply because they were grads of that school (it felt nice beating those schools that turned me down).

So I should creep through email, sounds good. Any way I should approach a school about what I'm looking for? I don't have a lot of connections to any of the Springfield schools; closest thing I have is a friend of mine coaches basketball for a middle school team in town.
