The running game has greatly improved. And while these factors should promote improvement on his part, Cassel has mostly regressed. The most he's shown me is a decent drive here, a good series there. But never consistently through an entire game. Good franchise QBs elevate the play of those around him. Seems that we're mostly holding out hope that we improve those around him so Cassel looks competent. That doesn't indicate "Franchise QB" to me....
