This is what, two straight weeks prior to yesterday? Yesterday it seems he had a rating of 99.1.

I see now that this thread was started BEFORE yesterday, so I understand perfectly. As I noted in my assessment of him here immediately after the trade, he has serious trouble with the deep ball, and if you can't hit Randy Moss on the deep ball, then you pretty much can't hit anybody. I see that that continues to be a problem for him.
OTOH, they used to say Brady couldn't hit the deep ball either. I think the deep ball is often one of the last things that a QB needs to develop, and certainly having better WRs and more time to develop his timing with them should help.
