Hit the gym last night....for the first time, I was annoyed when a group of guys were trying to talk to me. I don't mind chatting a little, but I was litterally standing there pulling the weight off the rack and these guys were trying to talk to me. Not to mention, they were not the sharpest tools in the shed to begin with. Finally, I had to say that I had 20 minutes to finish my workout and politely ask them to let me do it.
All in all, it was a good workout. It was back and biceps. I am up to four pullups. I did four without any assistance. Then, I did six with forty pounds, six with fifty pounds, then eight with seventy pounds, then 10 with 100 pounds. I really want to get to where I can do 10 pullups with ease.
I don't enjoy back and biceps as much as I enjoy chest and triceps, but my biceps were burning last night. Not really getting the same fatigue in my lats. I may do too many excercises with them.
I do a little core everyday, but today is legs and my major core workout.
Can't wait to hit the gym.
