If that's a weight loss diet, you need to cut out more. But it doesn't really look like it, considering the shake. If it's a gain diet, it's alright, but you're still going to be putting on a lot of fat with it because of the really high carb count.

It's more of a lean bulk type diet. I'm looking to add some peanut butter to up the fat contents. What I get up around 220, hopefully around April then I'll be cutting back some of the carbs in diet like apples and brown rice. Carbs are high, but I'm shooting for 40/40/20 on a bulk diet.
