That was never Brees problem.

If that were the case then they never draft Phillip Rivers. Brees looked like shit his first 3 years in the league. I don't care if the reason was because he used too much vicks on his chest at night before games, he looked like shit. Rivers was drafted because Brees was not panning out to that point.
Either way, it doesn't matter. Cassel is going to get his chance here.
