I htink that Cassel has the tools to be a solid game manager, but the fact remains that he isn't a top tier QB, and his poor pocket presense, wobbly passes and inaccuracy have as much to do with his problems, and the reciever's drops, as it does with the rest of the cast.
He'll improve as the cast improves, but he's never going to be a franchise QB.

I'm not ignoring the problem at all. You continue to make overly harsh statements which become inaccurate because you're overplaying the vitriol. Defending Cassel from those sorts of statements is not the same as claiming that he never makes a mistake, is in the same class with Brady and Manning, or anything of that nature.
And the receivers were dropping passes long before Cassel was the man throwing them the football, so that assertion is simply ridiculous, and is an example of what I'm talking about.
