The first ****ing step should have been to watch game tape, find out the team needs, and actually addressing those needs.
His first step was to change a scheme that should have been changed over the course of two or three seasons, rather than jumping right into it.
The way he has gone about the business of building this team has basically lead us to a 5 year plan, at best, to be an actual competitive team.
He could have had this team moving up far sooner.
