He is building the team the way he wants it. You haven't heard Champ Bailey, Brian Dawkins, Clady, Dumervil, Brandon Marshall, or Orton say anything negative about McDaniels.
Scheffler and Cutler are the only two and they weren't in McDaniels plans from the get go.
