I don't see any downside to this. Both are established coordinators.
Both are huge upgrades to what we have now. Haley and Weis collaborating on the offense would be a very, very good thing.
It also shows me that this staff and GM aren't afraid to make immediate changes, which is something Vermeil/Herm would never do.
