I think Weis would be the most seemless transition because both guys run simiar offenses.
They can collaborate, but the preperation and gameday responsibility would be Charlie's. Todd needs someone to take some of the responsibility away.
I think this offense grew a lot because the line started blocking, Chambers was making the catches and Charles was killing it.
