Haley: Well, we have standards here. They came into the organization a little overweight and they understand that that's not acceptable.

Media Guy: But they aren't players, so why is that important

Haley: Well, you know, we don't want to ask the players to do anything that we wouldn't do. It's a process, we are looking for the right 53...so to speak. And the right guys to coach them. No fatties allowed, that's my policy.
