I'm not jumping up and down and suddenly oblivious to the obvious talent issues on the roster. I do think CW is a good hire, given his history with this coach and similar offense.
I also think he might be a strong enough personality to deal with Haley and maybe even help him.
Same thing with Crennel. I think his experience with the 3-4 is an immediate improvement over CPretendergas and his experience as an NFL head coach can only be of value to Haley if brought in.
The 3 of them together working with the others and scouts should also be of benefit for this draft and FA.
