1-Dumb bell press
1-Extended lunge with dumb bells
1-single leg dumb bell dead lift
Then 2 of each
Then 3 of each
Then 4 of each
Then 5 of each
Did that build up 5 times in a fluid motion, moving straight from one exercise into the next. OMG. Hurting.
