Which is why I believe he would not be as bad as some might think, coaching at the college level.
Sometimes, hindsight can be a formidable ally. If Herm is ready to accept his shortcomings and accept help in the areas that he is not strong in, he could very well have a fantastic program at the college level.
If Cowher decides to jump back in, and has learned how to build a team through observance of the success of others, and has embraced the importance of the Quarterback position; stand the **** back and look **** out.
