Had a great workout last night. I am struggling to go twice a day now because I am really busy at work. I need to tighten up my eating too, I have gained two lbs in the last two weeks. Part of it is not working out as much. So, I have to get my caloric intake at the right level.
Anyways, I am working at getting bigger and leaner, but I really have to start doing it 'smarter'. I am hoping to sit down this weekend and chart the excercises I want to do on each day, and then start logging all my work and my weights. Structure will help me. I have been in a rut for the last two weeks.
