Just got back from an intense workout. Did 55 sets in 1 hour 15 minutes. Renegade Rows are ****ing intense. If you're not doing them currently, FIND A WAY TO WORK THEM IN. Absolutely fantastic.
Currently eating: 1.8 oz of low-fat cheese, and a shake of 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup strawberries, 2 tsp olive oil, and 1/4 cup of non-fat, no sugar yogurt.
