Damn. Does no one involved in these negotiations realize that the salary cap and competitiveness of the NFL is one of the things that makes it so popular? That even in the midst of such a crappy stretch, Chiefs fans (well, some of us) have faith that it can get turned around soon because no one's going to come & buy Jamaal Charles or Brandon Flowers away from us?
