So far, had a protein shake, bannana, yogurt, turkey sandwich and 1oz of baked lays.
Getting amped up for my evening workout. I am creating a spreadsheet this afternoon to keep better track of what I am lifting. I am a little too scattershot in the gym. I am going to set a specific amount... so I am not swayed by nights that I am not 'feeling it'.
Apparently, the problem with the Chiefs' offseason is that I don't check into Chiefsplanet enough.... so, I am not reading this thread as often.
So, I need to work on that.
