Tweaked the routine a bit today toward the strength side instead of the size side. Felt good.
I've had 4 oz low fat cheese, 1 scoop of protein powder, 2 cups of strawberries, a bunch of celery and 2 cookies. The celery and cookies were from a Border War party we went to at some friends' house. Just finished 5 oz of chicken and a handful of pecans.
