Mon/Tues were good days. Really pushed myself and I am really sore. The Spartacus workout as my cardio was clearly hurting my actual weight training. So, I have shelved it for now. I am still using parts of it in my routine, but it isn't an overall routine that will get me to be as strong as I want.
My goal is to lose four pounds a month for the next three months. I will have lost a total of 25lbs. I know that isn't a ton of weight, but right now, I am 5'10" 187. If I drop 12 more lbs, I will be down to 175. That will be really, really lean.
I am considering the velocity diet. My wife does not think it is good for me. And, it would elminate any semblance of a family meal at dinner time.
