Absolutely not.

I would have hired outside of the Parcells tree.

I'm not disappointed about Pleasant but Parmalee's hire is questionable.

The biggest problem I have with these guys is legacy: Who have they coached up?

This is a young team in need of guidance. Time will tell if it's just more of the same or if the positions these guys coach show tangible improvement.
