Finished the day strong. Had eaten like crap up until I posted. Had water the rest of the day and my dinner was a protein shake. And, that was to make sure I had the proper fuel for my workout.
Did legs and abs yesterday. I do abs just about every day, but on Leg day, I do weighted machines to try to add a little bulk to my abs. I can barely walk today. Which is a good thing. Everything from my nipples down is sore.
Starting off well today. I am having a protein shake. I have a business lunch, which kind of sucks because the guy wants to eat at IHOP. Since it is a client, of course I have to indulge him.
I guess it is time to bounce over to IHOP.com to see what I can eat.
Today is Chest/Triceps. My favorite day. And, tomorrow will be an off day so I have to hit it hard.
