Well, yesterday was my day off. I hated it. I actually just started doing pushups.... just because. Today, is back and biceps. I am hoping to get in to the gym early. I hate being rushed to try to squeeze everything in. Especially, since inevitably, someone is on the machines I need to get on.
So far today, I have had a protein shake, a banana, a double plate at Panda Express from the wok smart menu.
I am trying to drop 10lbs before spring break. That means, I have to have a 714 calorie deficit per day until April 1st to be where I want.
