Yesterday was legs day..OUCH! Always tough. I did 3 different types of lunges, including jumping lunges, 120 mountain climbers, jump squats and ran around the entire gym (outside)twice--I did this sequence 3x times--All in front of the gym...literally at the front door. My trainer is odd LOL
I ate, a bunless burger with jalapenos and mushrooms on top--salad with strawberries, blueberries, almonds, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta with a salt-free balsamic dressing. Yummo!
Im a little sore today, but not too bad. Just enought to remind me of the workout. I like that kind of sore
