I ate, a bunless burger with jalapenos and mushrooms on top--salad with strawberries, blueberries, almonds, cucumbers, tomatoes and feta with a salt-free balsamic dressing. Yummo!
Im a little sore today, but not too bad. Just enought to remind me of the workout. I like that kind of sore

Your trainer sounds just like my KB instructor (who is also a PT). He's always making people go outside and jog around the neighborhood carrying weights and do lunges around the buildings and stuff. He hates to be inside.
