I went into my gym tonight and I was the only person in the place for my entire workout. It was somewhat eerie, but nice. I've been doing some hip extension exercises to improve my posture, and they're somewhat embarrassing to do in front of others.

What I don't understand is how exercising has the opposite effect on me. Most people get a burst of energy and a pump, but it puts me to sleep like a baby. I almost fell asleep in my car on the way home!

So I'm sticking with the same post-workout I've been doing. Since I'm building muscle I go with the tall glass of chocolate milk, a (relatively) big bowl of cottage cheese and some unsweetened applesauce.

I'm not really worried about calories. I'm worried about protein. Today I got about 90 grams worth doing things the natural way. Just add in some tunafish, eggs, chicken, etc.
