Well, for the record, I went back and had the other half of my slice of bread last night. I wasn't going to eat anything, but then I was putting away the bread, and putting away half a slice seemed like a waste.
Anyways, down 19.5lbs as of this morning. I am hoping to push it to 20 by tomorrow morning. Today is leg/lower back day. My least favorite day, honestly. I would much rather work on my upper body. But, I know that working my lower body helps my overall performance, and I don't want to have legs that are much less developed than the rest of my body.
I've got a couple of projects to knock out first.... so, gotta run.
