I disagree. The coach is standing there doing nothing but making sure you go to the right lane. Thats his only job, not really anything else. If you and he disagree, you have to assume that it is YOU who is wrong and trust the coach, because you were busy skating the last 30-40 seconds, the coach has presumably been standing there doing nothing, focused only on your next lane.
