I love Vancouver. One of my favorite cities in the whole world. There is a fabulous cigar store downtown and that island deal where all the artists hang out is extremely interesting. A very cosmopolitan city with cool, generally intelligent people. Plus, they're mostly pussies. I could rule Vancouver.

Toronto's is probably less colder than New York or Chicago. If your talking about the upper parts of Quebec, sure but not many people live there. It would be equivalent for you guys to the number of people that live in Montana or wyoming.
