I'll list the guys who can actually play 4-3 end here's a top 5 or so...

Derrick Morgan
Carlos Dunlap
Everson Griffen
Greg Hardy, whos killing his stock
Then after that you have the tweeners of Kindle, Graham, Sapp Hughes etc.
Now of the guys that can actually legit play 4-3 end, what separates them? Outside of Morgan who looks like the play it safe pick, he won't be a bum but probably won't ever be a great pass rusher type.
The rest of those guys are all great athletes that never showed great production, there is no separation other than finding which one is the superior athlete.
