That's basically the same way that "media center" or "pictures" threads are handled. They live in the Lounge for a while, but eventually get moved over when appropriate. It's because frazod has mod envy. He really wants the superpower to be able to ban everyone on CP so he can be the only one to start a thread and then post in it. He talks to himself all day long anyway so he would love to be able to do it here.
