The worst malcontent in my graduating class would probably be the best student in the classroom described in the initial post of this thread. These kids have no discipline, they won't learn, and they are doomed to a life of failure and will succeed in nothing but spawning more doomed brats.
Discipline must be restored to schools like this.

The problem is the goal has changed to making every child succeed.
Stupid goal. The goal should be to offer the best education possible to every child. If you fail you fail.
While this has been mostly forgotten failure is a big part of building character and maturing into a healthy and productive person...
