1. Harrah's shuttle - Harrah's owns 7 casinos in Vegas and runs a shuttle between them. It's a good way to get to the RIO and back should you go there.
(You'll need a Harrah's card)
Vegas has a shuttle now that runs from Hooters to the Hilton. Basically $15 for an all day pass. Very very worth it.

Food

MGM
Craft Steak - Get the pairing menu. It is a bit pricey, but worth it a thousand times over. You get 3 - 5 courses, 5 star service, and if you like wine, get the wine pairing to go with it.

Shibuya - Sushi joint. Delicious, amazing sushi joint. Get the pairing if you can it is definately worth it.

New York New York
9 Fine Irish Men - Get the Beer battered cheese dip for an appetizer. Their Shepard's Pie is amazing. Not to mention Guinness 250. The recipe Guiness brewery used 250 yrs ago.

Rio

Seafood Buffet - nuff said.

Caesars Palace
Sushi Roku - Another sushi joint. Great food, and a terrific Saki pairing to go with any dish. Not to mention a top notch view of the strip.
