It has been months and I am stuck at my current max. Seriously, it's been since December. I have read different things, but I don't really want to work my chest every day because of how it fits into the rest of my workout. I just have to be more diligent about my routine. I am doing some heavy sets at near my max, but only getting a rep or two. I don't think it is doing me that much good. So, I am going to drop down and crank out five sets of six reps and just start going up 5lbs every workout. I just have to break through this plateau.
Alright, I have done well eating for the last two days.

Lord knows I'm an idiot on bench press, because I'm similar in being stuck at 195 for my working weight (the difference is that I'm not currently obsessed with my bench press and not working it that hard)... but have you tried other chest presses to supplement? Dumb bell, incline, decline, etc...?
