Just a comparison:
1 serving of Muscle Milk:
300 calories, 32g protein, 16g carbs, 12g fat (19% of the RDA)
1 serving of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey:
130 calories, 24g protein, 4g carbs, 1.5g of fat
You could double up on ON Whey and still come out ahead of Muscle Milk in protein, carb, fat and calorie content.

If you are at a convenience store and don't have your own to mix up, what 'gas station' brand do you recommend? I do MM because they sell it at quick trip.
