I saw some dude the other day walking around whose pants stopped at the middle of his thighs. In all seriousness, he had a belt tied around his thighs and I still don't know why they weren't falling down around his ankles. Do these people have transparent suspenders or something? I don't even see how you could walk like that, and he was constantly pulling on them.
