Really..honestly. Lets take the road to sanity here and be a little easy on ourselves. Do you really want to lead a life full of regret? What is that going to do for you? That does nothing but cause pain, mentally.

Fact is, we all make mistakes, were human and it's in our nature to do so, but that shouldn't necessarily mean one has to lead a life full guilt and regret? The correct thing to do imo is to forgive yourself and place that mistake behind you rather than pounding yourself with guilt.

Just saying being regretful is not a good step to take for those who want to keep themselves healthy mentally.
