lets take the exact same scenario minus the fancy security guards and replace Mr. Roethlisberger with me...a 24 year old drunk asshole who finds demeaning young girls to be kind of a sport.
If I hooked up with that drunk ass girl in the bathroom, I guarantee it wouldn't have been against her will...and she and her friends would have known that. (Because I'm a normal person and have no desire to rape someone and then live in fear that I'll end up going to prison for it and in turn end up being raped by big, strong, African American men...)
However, I'm 24 and have zero commas in my bank account...so her friends would have been like..."god damnit Lacey you're an idiot stop being such a slut!" and they would have gone club ratting at the next spot, and then the next spot, and then the next spot...like they do every weekend.
Instead she hooked up with a rich QB and they all hear the stories on the news and they're like...cha ching!
