I'd give up those picks in a SECOND...for a 28 year old franchise Super Bowl winning NFL QB...and you know what?
I'd give up a hell of a lot more as well...this is the ultimate buy low situation and if they really jumped on Cassel, 36, 2011 1st and 2011 3rd for Roethlisberger and it allowed us to still draft Berry and keep our other picks this year...
Hell yeah I'd mortgage a potential top 10 pick in 2011 for a guy who would be UNTOUCHABLE FOR 10 TOP 10 PICKS if he didn't have such ridiculous character concern...
and in all honesty...if I could do a futures bet on whether Roethlisberger ever gets in any significant trouble EVER again during his NFL career...I'd put my $$$ on NO.
