It's somewhere in the south. The guy starts dancing around, before getting pissed.
The cop had the gun on him the whole time, and waited until the ex-marine/army war vet put him between the cross hairs before the cop shot. It cost him his life.
Ended up shooting the cop in both arms, both legs, and then in the eye.
