I just got back from doing the bottom half of my weightlifting. So now I have worked everything I plan on doing. I did Arms, Chest and Back on Day 1. and today I did Legs, Glutes, and abs. Before both workouts I jogged for 20 minutes at a 5mph(12 minute mile) pace. Should I do arms again tomorrow or should I just do cardio and then repeat the cycle. Any ideas from anyone would be helpfull.
